Refund and Cancellation Policy
Draft for review — SENA Academy should have this text checked by a qualified advisor before launch.
Cancelling your registration
Each course and workshop lists its own cancellation window on its page. Cancellations within that window receive a full refund to the original payment method.
If we cancel
If SENA Academy cancels or reschedules a session, you will be offered a full refund or a place at the new date.
Waitlists
When a session is full you may join the waitlist where available. If a place opens, we will contact you before taking any payment.
Free sessions
Free registrations can be cancelled at any time — please do, so someone else can take your seat.
